ABOUT THE ROLE


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A strategist at heart, eager to level up your game by developing comprehensive growth and go-to-market strategies for games. 
  • An insightful analyst, adept at diving deep into performance details and drawing actionable conclusions. 
  • A manager, capable of directing the team and coordinating the teams, vendors, and clients to get things done.  
  • A client’s champion, committed to understanding and exceeding the expectations of game developers and publishers.


YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

  • Develop growth strategies for standard project deliveries. 
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects, balancing workload & profitability effectively.
  • Conducting audits, leveraging insights in product and marketing analytics, and overseeing advanced user acquisition campaigns.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular feedback sessions and satisfaction reviews. Also, identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Working closely with the UA, ASO, Creative, and Analytics people to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Leading, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members across the agency to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

 

ABOUT YOU


To succeed in this role:


  • You have a solid understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem with at least 3+ years of hands-on and diverse experience in a startup environment. 
  • You have already managed all stages of mobile UA, including media planning, executing campaigns, and evaluating their impact.
  • You are data-savvy and experienced in using marketing analytics platforms, including MMPs. You can translate data into actionable insights and then act upon them. 
  • You have a can-do attitude and an open, eager-to-learn personality. 
  • You can communicate effectively in fluent English with both our clients and the team.
  • You live in or around Prague and are able to join your team at the office at least 3 days per week.


It will be considered a plus if:

  • You have experience with ASO, LiveOps and/or Monetization.
  • You have other skills like coding or graphic design.
