Role Overview:

We’re seeking a data-driven and performance-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey end-to-end. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual with a growth mindset who thrives on challenges and brings a strategic lens to every decision. Your mission is to drive customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through innovative marketing strategies and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Retention & Loyalty: Design and execute strategies to increase repeat purchase rates, improve customer satisfaction, and build loyalty across key customer segments.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Own and optimize email and SMS marketing channels, creating engaging, personalized campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage advanced segmentation and behavioral data to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, churn rates) and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities to surprise and delight customers at every stage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Test & Learn: Implement a rigorous testing framework to iterate on campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive Experience: Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing with deep knowledge of Klaviyo and an SMS software like Attentive.
  • High-Growth DTC Background: Experience working with a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand is essential.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or similar CRM platforms) to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Performance Marketing Mindset: Deep understanding of performance metrics and a relentless focus on driving ROI.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or CRM in a high-growth DTC environment.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to think both creatively and strategically to craft campaigns that captivate and convert.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and anticipating customer needs.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in execution.
