We work with a diverse range of clients, from creatives to professional service providers, and we’re expanding our leadership team.


We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Growth and Marketing Strategy to help shape and execute client marketing strategies while driving business development initiatives. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. Experience in client acquisition, content strategy, SEO, analytics, and account management is essential for success in this role.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Growth Strategy Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results for clients.
  • Business Development Skills: Experience identifying new client opportunities, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong experience in building trust with clients, managing expectations, and delivering solutions that align with their goals.
  • SEO and Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and tools like SEMrush to optimize campaigns and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Content Strategy Skills: Ability to create and refine content strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ready to step into a leadership role, supporting team members and contributing to the growth of the marketing department.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable identifying challenges and creating actionable solutions to improve client success and campaign outcomes.
  • Creative Drive: A passion for exploring innovative marketing tactics and staying ahead of industry trends.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for marketing clients and internal business development.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and company standards.
  • Manage the client acquisition process, from lead generation through onboarding, with a focus on creating seamless transitions.
  • Analyze data to measure campaign success and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists to execute strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing team members.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
  • Reliable access to a computer and internet.

  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $25/hour, plus incentive comp to hit $90k earning potential yearly (based on a fulltime workload, earning potential to be prorated based on hours).
