We're here in Philly at #NAA #Apartmentalize, and I’m hearing a lot about the roadblocks multifamily operators face with maintenance operations. What are the biggest challenges? It depends on a company’s approach to maintenance. Here are two we see frequently: #1: “To reduce costs, I want most of my maintenance team to be in-house.” #2: “I’ve given up on in-house technicians.
