We were honored to take the stage last week for the Mo?t Hennessy World Living Soils Forum at the CIA at Copia in Napa. Our CEO, Adam Koeppel, took the stage with Agrology customers including Anna Brittain of Napa Green, Cristina Lazcano of University of California, Davis, and David Pearson of Joseph Phelps Vineyards. The group discussed soil health and regenerative agriculture, including Phelps' latest venture into the fundamentals of regenerative agriculture, where they are using Agrology to measure soil health in real time. Field work is the backbone of Agrology. That’s why we’re excited to announce our new field technicians: Amber Kaljum?gi and Ian Ferguson! Amber is a graduate of Sonoma State University where she studied molecular and cellular biology. She comes from a generations-long familial tradition of land and resource management and is honored to carry on that lineage at Agrology. Ian holds a degree in editorial journalism with a minor in computer science. Prior to Agrology he worked for an organic produce and flower farm in Carmel Valley. He has a strong passion for sustainable, regenerative agriculture and is working towards a B.S. in Computer Science. As seen in these pictures, Amber and Ian have jumped right into our customers’ fields. We’re thrilled to have them on the team.
