Optimize Processes: Analyze and enhance workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Influence Strategy: Present valuable insights to senior management to drive key decisions. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 20+ years in fabrication engineering, with at least 10 years in leadership roles. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of welding, brake press forming, robotics, and laser cutting. Proven Leader: Successful project management and team leadership experience. Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach. Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Ready to Travel? Be prepared to travel up to 50% to connect with teams and stakeholders across locations. Why Join Us?
