We like to give employees the opportunity to be an expert and teach their peers and bosses. One example that comes to mind is when our Transaction Coordinator prepared a presentation on Title Insurance, getting into the details on a topic most people on the team knew very little about. The presenting employee enjoyed preparing her presentation and being the expert that day and the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed learning more about a topic in our field that we don't get into the weeds on often ourselves.
