    After working 11 years as a CFO, I can confidently say: Being a CFO is challenging. - The pressure is massive. - The responsibilities are vast. - Every decision carries impact. If you’re thinking about this path, know this: You’ll be the one cutting budgets. You’ll be the one saying “no” to exciting projects. But protecting the company’s financial health isn’t about being difficult. It’s about finding ways for long-term success. The expectation to “know it all” is intense - Markets - Technology - Regulations - Risk management It’s a wide range to cover. So don't try to be an expert in everything. Instead, build a strong team and get advice from trusted experts. From major decisions to routine approvals. Every choice you make will shape the company’s future.
