This milestone marks a major step in their mission to provide comprehensive housing and health services for those impacted by HIV. With the addition of Elliott Place, a 39-unit permanent housing building, and BOCA Pharmacy, a vital health resource for the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood, DOORWAYS continues to create opportunities for stability, independence, and improved health for the community. ? Big news for Washington University, St. Louis Arts & Sciences! Trivers is thrilled to work alongside Washington University in St. Louis, Weiss/Manfredi and Alberici Constructors to plan and build the first dedicated home for Arts & Sciences on WashU's Danforth Campus: Michael W. and Quirsis V. Riney Hall Building construction will begin in spring 2025 with occupancy expected in 2028. Discover?The Nicholas- a 1912 architectural gem transformed from a vacant office building into 28 boutique apartments. Originally developed by Nicholas Pelligreen, also known for St. Louis City Hospital and Sumner High School, this six-story building was scheduled to be razed for a parking lot in 2020. “Any time you save a structure, you help keep its legacy alive,” said Trivers Principal Joel Fuoss, AIA LEED AP. “The building at 1500 S. Grand has stood for more than 100 years and is a part of this area’s history.
