I feel incredibly blessed to call Dallas home and to have the opportunity to produce cocktails that reflect both the heart of Texas and the essence of Mexican culture. Halfway through the PepsiCo Greenhouse Accelerator: Juntos Crecemos edition, and what a ride it’s been! ?? It’s an incredible honor to be part of a program dedicated to empowering Latin-owned businesses, especially now that it’s Hispanic Heritage Month. As we celebrate our culture and its contributions, being surrounded by such talented Latino entrepreneurs has been truly inspiring. From kicking off the program at Frito-Lay HQ to working closely with PepsiCo mentors and executives, the experience has exceeded our expectations. Their expertise has been pivotal in accelerating JAS Drinks, helping us grow, scale, and refine our roadmap for success. The impact our mentors have had on our journey cannot be overstated. Their guidance has given us fresh perspectives on everything from brand strategy to operational efficiencies. With their support, we’ve made huge strides toward our key goals—expanding distribution, enhancing our brand presence, and solidifying our growth plans. The insights we’ve gained have been a game changer as we push forward with our mission to make a lasting impact.
