One of the my favorite parts about working at Breezeway and expanding our safety program is connecting with local governments that want to positively affect safety in the short-term rental industry. Today, I had the pleasure of doing onsite safety inspections of STRs in McCall, Idaho with Capt Ryan Garber of the McCall Fire Department. Finding a balance between professional managers, hosts, local government, and top insurance companies like Proper Insurance? will help ensure we keep our guests safe, which is the ultimate goal.

There will be a lot more share soon - but I just wanted to take a quick opportunity to bookmark the past two days here in Beverly Hills, California working with Tal Maimon, Nir Maimon, and Team. Other than getting to wear Nir’s trademark sunglasses for a Hollywood-style movie ?? shoot - we kicked some ?? doing up the Breezeway safety program. The Maimon Group has set the industry bar for an attention to safety. Can’t wait to share all the details soon!

I had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate my five-year anniversary at Breezeway, which we affectionately call a "Breeziversary," in Colorado over the past two days. During this time, I worked with Moving Mountains on their annual vacation rental safety training. Dedicated industry leaders like Robin Craigen and Lisa Riniker focus on guest safety. Lisa and I paused for a minute to take in a photo with the slopes of Vail in the background decorated in beautiful fall foliage. Additionally, I presented remotely at the Vacation Rental Professionals of Maine (VRPOMe) annual conference and spoke at the Summit County Alliance of Vacation Rental Managers event at the Colorado Mountain College campus in Breckenridge. The week is not over yet - more to come. Spreading the word of safety as fast as I can! Incidents don’t wait for a convenient time.
