Do you believe that “what you think about, comes about,” &“what you resist, persists”Let me show you how to Take Dreams from Imagination to Reality
Have you ever visualize success or failure?
Did you say to yourself, “I want this and I am going to do this” or “I want this but I don’t know, it’s out of my reach, I don’t think I could ever achieve this”?
When you were first thinking about this goal, you were visualizing it as though it were already accomplished.
By repeatedly visualizing an event, situation, object or person, you commanded your subconscious mind that THIS is what you want and this is what it must seek.
And it happened!
Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. There is nothing at all new, strange, or unusual about creative visualization. You are already using it every day, every minute, in fact. It is your natural power of imagination, the basic creative energy of the universe, which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.
To use creative visualization it is not necessary to believe in any metaphysical or spiritual ideas, though you must be willing to entertain certain concepts as being possible. It is not necessary to “have faith” in any power outside yourself.
There’s no magic to creative visualization! It’s a natural process of using thought power to imprint a desire and a command into the mind, and also project the right kind of energetic Vibration that will attract what you desire.
The more you think about what you desire, the better you feel. The better you feel, the higher your vibration… and the higher your vibration, the sooner you will manifest that mental image/emotion in your physical experience.
Creative visualization puts imagination to work in changing or bending your “reality.”
There is no difference between the reality in your mind and the reality in your physical experience, except that you have unconsciously agreed that one is real and the other make-believe.
They are simply alternative realities – and the focusing of your intentions will match the inner reality and outer reality.
Creative visualization helps overcome limiting beliefs because what you create in your imagination is not bound by time, logic, space, ability, knowledge, money or any other limits.
The more you focus on that image and the more comfortable you become in that alternative reality, the more it becomes ingrained in your mind as a possibility that continues taking shape as you give it more thought energy until physical manifestation happens
Here I will give you the 7 tips to remain clear on the direction To Your Visualization..
1) Make sure to be clear on your goal! Being unclear sends mixed messages.
Decide on something you would like to have, work toward, realize, or create. It can be on any level — a job, a house, a relationship, a change in yourself, increased prosperity, a happier state of mind, improved health, beauty, a better physical condition, solving a problem in your family or community, or whatever.
2) Listen to your intuition – visualize only goals authentic to you (don’t waste your energy manifesting somebody else’s ideas of how your life should be).
Create an idea, a mental picture, or a feeling of the object or situation exactly as you want it. You should think of it in the present tense as already existing the way you want it to be. Imagine yourself in the situation as you desire it, now. Include as many details as you can.
3) Use imagined physical sensations to make the visualization realistic and Infuse your visualization with positive emotion and high desire.
You may wish to make an actual physical picture of it as well, by making a treasure map (described in detail later). This is an optional step, not at all necessary, but often helpful (and fun!)
4) Visualize every day. This is important. How long is less important than how intensely and how consistently.
Bring your idea or mental picture to mind often, both in quiet meditation periods, and also casually throughout the day, when you happen to think of it. In this way it becomes an integrated part of your life, and it becomes more of a reality for you.
Focus on it clearly, yet in a light, relaxed way. It’s important not to feel like you are striving too hard for it or putting an excessive amount of energy into it — that tends to hinder rather than help.
5) Dream Big & replace doubts with an image of what can go RIGHT.
Every dreamer knows that their big dreams won’t come easy. Otherwise, they wouldn’t be worthwhile. If everyone could do it, then what would be the challenge in it?
No, as a dreamer, you realize that there’s a long road ahead, but you’re also willing to do what it takes. And, over time, you’ll reach and fulfill those dreams. It doesn’t happen overnight. But, eventually it happens.
6) Stay positive and be diligent and persistent about this until the old neural pathways of negativity atrophy from lack of use.
As you focus on your goal, think about it in a positive, encouraging way. Make strong positive statements to yourself: that it exists; that it has come or is now coming to you. See yourself receiving or achieving it.
These positive statements are called “affirmations.” While you use affirmations, try to temporarily suspend any doubts or disbelief you may have, at least for the moment, and practice getting the feeling that what you desire is very real and possible.
7) Be Patient , Be Patient , Be Patient.
You may wonder how quickly your creative visualization will manifest but, That depends on how much desire you have; how much belief you have in the process; how often and how intently you visualize.
Small things can happen almost instantaneously; larger things may need time to develop. So have faith, be patient and delight in the process as you watch your life transform before your eyes!
When you can stay calm, centered and not act rashly out of frustration, all areas of your life will improve.
