If I go with the level wise Easiest - pen & paper Visually depictable - Powerpoint, Canva, Moqups, Balsamiq, Mockflow Professional - Figma, Adobe XD,Sketch You can start exploring and honing your skills by starting with Power point, Canva and then advance to figma considering these are free tools.

Choose wireframing tools based on required fidelity - level of how detailed and realistic your wireframes are. For low-fidelity, tools like Balsamiq offer quick, sketch-like interfaces ideal for brainstorming. In my experience Balsamiq is pretty easy for starters however if you really need a collaborative tool for wire framing I would recommend Moqups. It will let you share the wireframes with your squad for collaboration and get the work done quickly. It also allows you to export your work in wide range of formats and supports integration with Slack. Along with these capabilities it’s quite intuitive and let’s you come up with visually appealing wireframes as well.

In my experience I have used Figma and Canva and they really excel in collaboration between product managers, developers, designers. For wireframing our team uses Figma and it gives you pretty good export format options also you can integrate it to your Slack workspace so that whenever someone in your team shares any Figma File, you get updates on your Slack workspace.
