I was fortunate to sit in on their weekly CAMradarie meeting, and I walked away feeling so energized and encouraged by their leadership, teamwork, and the commitment to culture I witnessed. What truly stood out was the team’s focus on “doing the small things right” – with their consistency in service delivery, it’s no wonder they’ve had such a successful year. We’re excited to announce two key promotions within our RealManage Colorado division! Leslie M. Ashford, CMCA, AMS has been promoted to Vice-President of Operations, Northern Colorado. Leslie has been with RealManage since 2020, previously serving as the DCAM in our Loveland and Longmont offices. Leslie has been a standout leader, attending the CAM Academy in 2023. We’re excited to see her take on this new role and continue driving excellence in our Northern Colorado communities. Susan McClure CMCA?, AMS?, has been promoted to DCAM, Northern Colorado. Since joining RealManage in 2021, Susan has brought incredible leadership as a Supervising Community Association Manager. So proud of my #CelebrationTHTeam We prepared our 83+ community parks, 6 pools, 7 playgrounds, 6 amenity centers, 2 gyms, athletic fields, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and basketball court for a hurricane all while running an efficient and effective countywide sand distribution site for the last two days where we distributed three truckloads of sand both days within 3 hours. This team is full of rockstars!

Hurricane Milton is projected to be one of the most destructive hurricanes on record for Florida, with damaging winds, life-threatening storm surge, and heavy rainfall extending far beyond the forecast cone. Even areas not directly in the hurricane’s path face tropical storm warnings, with the entire state bracing for significant impacts. The National Hurricane Center predicts the storm will hit Florida's west-central Gulf Coast on Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning. Many of our managed communities in Florida are preparing for the catastrophic storm.
