How can you take ownership of your business coaching experience?

Después de casi 40 a?os en el mundo organizacional, me di cuenta que si yo hubiese tenido la oportunidad de ser acompa?ada por un coach hubiese tenido más claridad de mi "Para qué" hacía lo que hacía, en lugar de enfocarme solamente en los resultados, que de todas maneras son muy importantes pero si vienen acompa?ados con una emoción más allá del éxito, realización personal, trascender y un propósito de para que estoy en este mundo, quien o a quienes beneficio. Hoy como Coach observo mucho de lo que yo era en mis coachees y cuanta alegría me da acompa?arlos como socia de aprendizaje y caminar juntos, descubriéndose poco a poco.

Für mich braucht ein Coachee ein Themenfeld, das sie oder ihn ihn bewegt und sie oder er m?chte etwas ver?ndern, wei? aber nicht genau wie. Im Coaching kann dann ein konkretes Zielbild erarbeitet und definiert werden.

It provides a great opportunity to get deeper and understand: c) Which keywords or skills are associated with your !current! role and industry? d) Which keywords or skills are associated with your !future! role and industry? e) What are your values? And then summarize by: f) How well does your current profile (virtual and in-person) represent your keywords and skills? g) How well does your current profile represent your values?

These screenshots can help you later: a) Negotiate a salary increase or promotion. b) Help you to write the achievements in your CV. c) Cheer you up on a hard day.
