    The conference focused on trends, threats, opportunities and strategies impacting the Pacific Northwest region. The conference was designed for maximum interaction and collaboration. Catalyzing thought leaders ignited active debate and discussion about the circumstances and the elements for transformational innovation. Every audience member was participating in the "converge zone" of conversation on innovation. A new kind of public-private leadership was cultivated that is deeply engaged…

    The conference focused on trends, threats, opportunities and strategies impacting the Pacific Northwest region. The conference was designed for maximum interaction and collaboration. Catalyzing thought leaders ignited active debate and discussion about the circumstances and the elements for transformational innovation. Every audience member was participating in the "converge zone" of conversation on innovation. A new kind of public-private leadership was cultivated that is deeply engaged, extremely well networked and confident to act effectively across the Pacific Northwest region. Participants established valuable relationships while they were engaged in designing realistic strategies and solutions in a fast-paced, content-packed, insight-infused and interactive environment.

    The programming demonstrated profitable efforts to create positive change for the people and the planet, for the sustainability of the human well being and our environment.

    The highly interactive and livestreamed day of the summit consisted of opening and closing ceremonies, curated networking, talent & interest matchmaking, Big Ideas facilitated a workshop, a series of TED-like short talks by practitioners and thought leaders in innovation space combined with a deeper, interactive Q&A with the audience.

    For my work on the summit, I was nominated for a Sustainable Leadership Award by Sustainable Seattle.
