We are seeking a highly talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Assistant. This role will primarily focus on providing marketing, sales support, and assistance in the success of Breckenridge’s newest and iconic luxury real estate development. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administrative tasks related to development projects, coordinating lifestyle events, and assisting in the Local Broker program. This individual should currently reside in Summit or Eagle County, Co. Responsibilities: - Conduct outreach to the developer's marketing database through email, text, calls, and scheduling property tours. - Provide marketing support and assist in project marketing efforts. - Assist in the Local Broker program, reaching out to brokers, placing marketing collateral in brokerage offices, scheduling tours and office meetings, procuring broker buyer data, and scheduling client tours. - Strong verbal and written communication skills required. - Ability to deliver articulate overviews and elevator pitches about the project. - Maintain detailed client information in the CRM and create reports as needed. - Oversee sales contracts, closings, and sales administration. - Support all aspects of operation to meet goals. - Work closely with leadership to execute marketing and sales initiatives. - Conduct marketing outreach to maximize client engagement and sales velocity. - Operate out of the project sales office. - Provide articulate overviews and elevator pitches about the project. - Willing to attain a Colorado Real Estate license. - Proficient in creating and managing complex Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and reports.
