Pour moi l'essentiel est de toujours rester factuel lorsque l'on émet des commentaires. Ces derniers doivent bien évidement mettre en avant le positif mais aussi les points d'améliorations demandant si le collaborateur a des propositions à émettre. L'échange et la communication bienveillante sont primordiales.... Des actions doivent être définies pour les deux parties :)
