It has been 11 days since the end of CJU24 in beautiful Santa Barbara??????? Heading to the conference this year looked a little different, as Dexter Dethmers + I were able to bring half of our Hi Energy Agency teammates with us, along with our amazing clients: Joko, Dupe.com (formerly Carrot), Pie (pie.org), Kudos, Thanks, Share-A-Cart, Forbes Vetted. It was a whirlwind four days with meetings, Happy Hours, CJU Expo, and our team had the opportunity to host all of our clients in attendance for a Mexican Fiesta with a mariachi band + caricature artist ???? We had an absolutely amazing week filled with so many learnings + laughs, and we were able to wrap up the week with our 1st Hi Energy Agency team off-site led by James Bruce who was instrumental in helping us dig deep and get uncomfortable, as he guided us to dive into what our team wants to build and our vision and mission for the future. The ?? on top was being able to reconnect with so many old friends and colleagues I have known over these last 16 years. Life has been a little more challenging this last year, but I am so happy to have found an industry that I love + the friends who always bring so much laughter. Don’t be afraid of change, it’s uncomfortable, but in order to grow and make a difference in this world we all need to go there. Some online retailers are still leery of allowing their affiliate program offers to display in cashback browser extensions. But they should consider all the benefits that result from partnering with cashback publishers - namely, a significant competitive advantage.
