“I had the pleasure of working with Jagadish for several years at NextNav. As a start-up, priorities change rapidly, deadlines are always tight and there are never enough resources to comfortably complete all the critical projects. However, in that chaotic environment, Jagadish thrived based on his attitude, technical expertise, tireless work ethic and leadership. He was always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, never complained and was excited to take on new challenges and try to solve problems that had never been solved before. Every project that he was part of was a success largely driven by his technical expertise, but equally attributable to his attitude, work ethic and leadership. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and he will no doubt be a great asset to any company he is part of. ”
