About the Role:

As a Marketing Assistant at Bare Bones Engagement, you’ll be involved in every stage of our campaigns, from strategy to execution. You’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing team and ensuring the smooth running of B2B campaigns and live events. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be working closely with clients, partners, and event attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of B2B campaigns and experiential marketing events.
• Providing on-the-ground support at events, helping to manage activations and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Engaging with clients and partners to help deliver outstanding service and maintain strong relationships.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and areas for campaign optimization.
• Supporting our team with creative brainstorming, idea generation, and campaign development.
• Managing day-to-day marketing activities including administrative tasks, client communications, and project tracking.
• Collaborating with our marketing strategists to ensure that campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles (B2B and/or events experience is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a team environment but also work independently.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
