Panel members report emerging trends in specific HR topic areas, provide expert advice and give guidance on public policy. Members must have expertise in the panel topic area, good communication and interpersonal skills, an established professional network with strategic/operational connections, and the ability to participate. All nominations are reviewed and recommended by the Panel Selection Committee, comprised of SHRM members and staff. Current Panels include: Ethics/Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Global HR Disciplines Labor Relations Technology and HR Management Workplace Diversity & Inclusion
