The purpose of Mountain Brook Schools is to provide an effective, challenging and engaging education for every one of our students. K-12 public school system in Mountain Brook, Alabama serving 4,400 students and staffed by 750 employees. Four elementary schools, one junior high and one high school make up the district governed by a 5 member (appointed by the city) Board of Education. The Central Office is home to 11 district administrators who oversee support for all six schools.

William Galloway and Adam Weil graduated Mountain Brook High School in 2017. In high school, they were a part of the school’s broadcast program and helped with athletics live production through PA announcing and video screen displays (before we even had our 2 mega video boards). William and Adam went on to the University of Alabama to study sports media. Adam now works as a Senior Project Coordinator for Hawk-Eye Innovations where he’s leading broadcast replay operations for the Southeastern Conference and other large scale sporting clients. William is our Communications/PR Director here at MBS. Friday night, they were back behind the scorers table working together just like old times for the Alabama vs Wake Forest men’s basketball charity exhibition game in Boutwell Auditorium. Adam directed the replay for the game and William handled the PA Announcing. Way to go, guys! #MountainBrookMade
