This achievement wouldn’t be possible without the contributions of our dedicated team. As a board member, Traci will help shape the future of water reuse in California by addressing technical, regulatory, and policy challenges while supporting the development of WRCA's 2025 regulatory and legislative agenda. ??? “WateReuse CA is a forward-thinking organization whose advocacy has been instrumental in advancing potable reuse in CA,” Traci shared. “I am excited about the opportunity to be part of an organization that supports its membership in tackling the challenges of implementing water reuse projects and representing the industry in the state and federal regulatory and legislative arenas.” ?? Traci has over 35 years of expertise in wastewater treatment, water reclamation, and potable reuse. Her accomplishments include overseeing large-scale water treatment facilities, implementing innovative advanced treatment processes, and guiding strategic planning initiatives. Having served as Chief Operating Officer for the City of Los Angeles Sanitation and Environment Department, her leadership will be pivotal in advancing WRCA's mission.

For decades, Pakistan has faced an energy crisis, with prolonged blackouts—sometimes up to 18 hours—disrupting daily life and economic progress. But change is on the horizon. Our team is tackling this challenge head-on, creating job opportunities, boosting industrial and agricultural productivity, and improving the quality of life for millions. ?? Our work includes hydroelectric and wind power projects across the country that will, when completed, generate approximately 485 megawatts of renewable energy that will benefit an estimated 4.5 million people. The effective implementation of these USAID-funded projects will contribute to increasing power system capacity and energy reliability as our world continues the shift toward cleaner energy methods. ?? "CDM Smith is proud to be part of these initiatives to increase the country’s power generation capacity through reliable and sustainable sources. These tests help researchers develop effective PFAS removal strategies in just weeks, while testing multiple conditions at once. ??
