Our Promotions Manager, Andrea Heard, recently took a trip to Wind Creek Bethlehem for some hands-on training with their Promotions Manager, Chance Worthy! ?? What makes this especially exciting is that Chance was previously the Promotions Manager at Wind Creek Wetumpka and has now made the move to Bethlehem. This is just one example of the many opportunities for growth and mobility available across all Wind Creek properties! ???? The Casino Promotions Team plays a vital role in keeping our Guests engaged and coming back for more. They create fun events like giveaways and tournaments ???? while collaborating with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure everything runs smoothly. They manage budgets, oversee logistics, and analyze results—all while staying compliant with gaming regulations! ?? Andrea had an amazing experience, saying, “My training in Bethlehem was amazing. It felt like I knew everyone already, and nothing felt like a lesson plan. I think it’s so important to have a great atmosphere and chemistry with your trainer, and Chance provided that from the moment we met.
