First, we had the privilege of sponsoring an exclusive Private Keynote Reception and Conversation featuring Mark Nutsch—the leader of the renowned 12-man Special Forces team depicted in the movie “12 Strong.” Mark’s powerful stories of courage, resilience, and leadership captivated the audience, offering unique insights and honoring the sacrifices made by our veterans. At the 10th Annual Veterans Day Salute Breakfast, over 500 veterans and community leaders gathered to commemorate a decade of gratitude. Mark Nutsch also joined us as a keynote speaker, sharing his inspiring experiences alongside a distinguished member of the armed forces. This heartfelt event honored the service and sacrifice of all who have served, with veterans celebrated through special gifts, including a commemorative challenge coin and exclusive Veterans Day mementos. Over 18% of our employees are veterans, bringing the same dedication and excellence to our team that they showed in service to our country. UHBP was pleased to attend the National Association of Medical Examiners Annual Meeting In partnership with Divers Alert Network this week. In an effort to further our data collection initiative, we made valuable connections with medical examiners to raise awareness about the nuances of diving/underwater hypoxic blackout accidents. We are grateful for the warm reception we received and pleased that many medical professionals were eager to discuss how they can help. It was quite a successful week!
