Learnings from Business Growth Summit, Bengaluru August 2019

It was amazing to attend the Business Growth Summit (#BGS) in Bengaluru on Saturday 24 August 2019. The BGS started with a warm opening speech by Ashish Vidyarthi. Ashish is a national award-winning actor and motivational speaker, he creates learning environments for the life skill development and workplace wellbeing of corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals. Summit started with a Pathway Conversion by Ashish, and he explained where we can start our life journey with #DREAM convert the DREAM into #HUNGER to learn and do more, #OBSERVE and prepare to #PUSH the boundaries and get ready for the big #LEAP. 

 The next speaker was Reshveen Rajendran, who is the director and president of Buffett Online School. He was personally mentored by Mary Buffett at the age of 18 and his investing results have been phenomenal ever since. Reshveen is also an international speaker and has shared stages with other wealth gurus such as Robert Kiyosaki, Brian Tracy and Jim Rogers. It was inspiring to hear from how he achieved financial freedom at the age of 24, it was great to learn and glad to hear about his learning from Mary Buffet and also know about Buffett Online School. It was inspiring to hear from Surendran J - CEO about his life journey and the cause he started Success Gyan. Suren started Success Gyan with a dream of bringing world-class education to India at affordable prices.  Suren's 3H formula is #Happy, #Hunger and #Humble. 

Rajiv Talreja shared the focus areas to build a business which can grow without you including the business function assessment. Dr. Demartini's conversation started by sharing his wisdom about life values and processes to analyze daily activities and prioritize those based on produce per hour, meaning, how much time is spent and cost to delegate these activities so that we can focus on the tasks which are high values. Before the closure, Dr. Demartini shared 10 steps towards financial freedom as well.
