关于我们
Mazzetti is an employee-owned benefit corporation, committed to creating healthier, enduring environments. Though our story began with a small team of MEP engineers, almost 60 years later, we’ve grown to 200+ people, in locations across the U.S. (and in India) with diverse expertise addressing the spectrum of client needs in the built environment. Mazzetti consultants deliver world-class MEP engineering and technology solutions, rooted in local culture . We aid clients in the planning, designing, optimizing, equipping, illuminating, sustaining, even “reimagining” of environments, as appropriate. The people of Mazzetti believe in seeking and delivering meaningful work. We intentionally work predominately in the Healthcare industry, notorious for its energy-intensive, highly complex, highly regulated buildings, AND highly impactful relationship with communities. This is our calling. Mazzetti thoughtfully connects people, design, and technology to create lasting, positive impact.

Exciting times at Clemson University! Walt Vernon, Jim Crabb, Austin Barolin, PE, Brian Hageman, Elaine Gallagher Adams AIA, LEED AP, and Troy Savage of Mazzetti, along with Mara Baum FAIA of DIALOG, are facilitating a workshop with architecture students on Carbon Neutral and Resilient Hospital Design. The studio class focuses on designing an urban medical district in Charleston that anchors the Medical University of South Carolina. The project encompasses a conceptual design of a 320-bed tower plus a diagnostic and treatment (D+T) and support platform, totaling approximately 800,000 SF. This ambitious endeavor will be executed according to open building principles and framed as a COTE Ten student design competition project. We're looking forward to inspiring the next generation of architects to prioritize sustainability and resilience in healthcare infrastructure, particularly in coastal flood and hurricane-prone urban contexts. #CarbonNeutralDesign #ClemsonUniversity #BendingtheClimateCurve https://lnkd.in/gweY3iVa

Mazzetti's very own Troy Savage authored a chapter of the newly?published book "Peace By Design," edited by Cornell University's Mardelle Shepley. Troy's chapter, titled “WeDesign: Participatory Innovation as a Basis for Reimagining Possibilities,” draws inspiration from our Reimagining Workshops and our collaborative work. Mardelle Shepley, after decades of impactful teaching and healthcare design, wanted to reflect on her career while uplifting other voices in the industry. We are honored and grateful that she included Troy as an author in this significant work. Congratulations, Troy, on this remarkable achievement! https://lnkd.in/gdFyqhyK #PeaceByDesign #HealthcareDesign #ReimaginingWorkshops
