Studio Supervisor

Aescape is seeking a Full-Time Studio Supervisor to join our flagship studio! In this key role, you will support the Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager in ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering an exceptional member experience, and upholding our brand’s values. What You’ll Do

As a Full-Time Studio Supervisor at Aescape, your contributions will include:

• Deliver world-class member experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
• Actively engage with members as a subject matter expert, promoting products and services that meet their needs.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and targets by leveraging your product knowledge, communication skills and sharing daily updates with the studio team.
• Lead by example, embodying Aescape’s values and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Mentor and motivate team members to perform at their best and support each other in daily operations.
• Assist in optimizing studio operations, including opening and closing duties, daily zoning, and inventory management.
• Support with new hire training and development to hold team members accountable to performance.
• Play an active role in studio events and promotions designed to boost community engagement and brand visibility.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a service or customer-oriented role required. Leadership experience is preferred.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a natural ability to create positive experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work, up to 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
