From December 2022 to April 2024, USRowing engaged Shearman & Sterling to conduct an independent investigation on a pro bono basis. Today our report was released to the public. It is our hope that this report will be helpful to USRowing in determining what actions, if any, should be taken in response to these allegations, and that other potential victims of abuse within the rowing community will come forward, knowing that they are not alone and that USRowing will take any such allegations seriously. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander US Capital Markets LLC, as initial purchasers and dealer managers, in connection with Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo S.A.’s (COFIDE) offering of $300 million 5.950% Notes due 2029 and cash tender offer for any and all of its 5.250% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2029.?The bond offering closed today and the cash tender offer is expected to expire on May 9, 2024. COFIDE plans to allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds from the bond offering to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, one or more new or existing eligible social projects pursuant to its Thematic Bond Framework. COFIDE is a state-owned development bank established in 1971 by the government of Peru, and a key participant in the government of Peru’s economic and social development programs.
