Who can use this feature?
The ability to generate a LinkedIn Recruiter search from LinkedIn Talent Insights is only available for LinkedIn Recruiter licensed users.
The Talent Pool report in LinkedIn Talent Insights is integrated with LinkedIn Recruiter, allowing you to auto-generate a Recruiter search with the same search filters you apply in Talent Insights. The Talent Pool report won't show View in Recruiter Search for every search.
To generate a Recruiter search from the Talent Pool report in Talent Insights:

On your Talent Insights homepage, click Create a Talent Pool Report.

Select your desired filters on the left rail and click Apply.

On the Overview tab, click See candidates
under View in Recruiter Search on the right pane. -
Click Continue in the pop-up window to sign in to Recruiter.
Your search will auto-generate in Recruiter using the same search filters you applied in Talent Insights. You can continue adding or removing filters in Recruiter.
Important to know
The talent pool counts may not be exactly the same in Talent Insights and Recruiter. In order to provide search results as quickly as possible, Recruiter shows approximate counts for search results containing 1,000 or more results. In some cases, Recruiter may return a broader set of profiles so that you have the best chance at finding the right candidate.
