This is probably late but..... LinkedIn editors asked me a question that I just had to answer Q: What are you most proud of so far this working year? As someone who is always tracking her progress, I am so proud that I did not give up on myself. or let the disappointment of not hitting some of my goals stop me from moving forward. There were times when I just wanted to give up because it was too hard, and I wasn't seeing any results. I am proud of how confident I have become, the bold steps I have taken, and the mindset shift I have experienced in the past year! I also learnt so much more about my career in construction (special shoutout to the team at Donald Cant Watts Corke, SA and the best boss Richard Guerra ??) And now on a silent mission to entice more people like me into the industry ???? As we reach the second half of 2023, let’s pause and reflect on our professional achievements and share what we are still working on. What would you share in your #MidYearReview?
