Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee financial models for credit guarantee and work sheds. - Partner with financial institutions to offer tailored financial products to SHGs. - Identify challenges in SHG financial access and enhance financial literacy. - Build collaborations with banks, MFIs, and financial service providers. - Conduct relevant research.
