Our program is working at the intersection of community empowerment and child safety—and we are looking for passionate and motivated Program Associates to join us! ?? Your Role as a Program Associate: You will be the bridge between women’s groups, school systems, and local governance, helping communities take ownership of child protection. Your work will include: ?? Facilitating training sessions with women’s groups to enable child safety conversations. ?? Engaging with school authorities to institutionalize child safety systems. ?? Coaching community women to drive sustainable, community-led solutions. ?? Data-driven decision-making – training groups to identify trends and take action. ?? Collaborating with stakeholders to create a child-friendly ecosystem in schools and communities. ??Engaging and mobilizing community women and girls across 3 districts to drive change. ??Help build safety platforms within schools where adolescent girls and women’s voices are heard. ??This role involves travel to train and support local women leaders. ?? What We’re Looking For ? 3+ years of training experience. ? Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English. ? Strong communication & facilitation skills. ? Background in child protection/community work. ? Ability to travel extensively to field locations. ?Minimum 2 years of experience in child protection or community-based work.
