The role involves ecological assessments, stakeholder collaboration, financial management, biodiversity research, and compliance with conservation regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assess and monitor sustainable aquaculture impacts on mangrove ecosystems. Engage with local communities and promote biodiversity-friendly aquaculture. Develop monitoring frameworks and document best practices. Conduct biodiversity assessments, habitat mapping, and data management. Manage project budgets, ensure compliance, and prepare reports. Build partnerships with research institutions and conservation networks. Qualifications: Master’s/PhD in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Fisheries Science, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in marine conservation, biodiversity research, or fisheries management. Proficiency in MS Office, GIS tools, and statistical software. Strong networking, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluency in Bengali and English.
