Aavas Financiers Ltd invites application for Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility Function / Department: Corporate Social Responsibility Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Manager/Senior Manager - CSR to join Aavas Financiers Ltd The candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and managing CSR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s objectives and social responsibility goals. Key Deliverables: ? Manage the end-to-end execution of CSR projects and programs, ensuring they are aligned with the foundation’s vision and objectives. ? Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure effective communication and project implementation. ? Assist in developing Scope of Work (SOW) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) documents for new projects and partnerships. ? Ensure accurate data management and documentation of all CSR activities, maintaining transparency and accountability. ? Ensure compliance with relevant CSR regulations and standards, staying updated on best practices and legal requirements. ? Handle all other tasks related to CSR, as assigned by the Head of CSR. Skills, Abilities, & Know-how: ? Strong passion for serving society and making a positive impact. ? Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. ? High level of coordination and organizational abilities. ? A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. ? Willingness to travel as required for on-site project management. ? Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Background & Experience: ? A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within companies or CSR foundations. ? Strong understanding of trends and developments in CSR and the nonprofit sector. Educational Requirements: ? PGDM/MBA in Rural Management or MSW from reputed institutes such as Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), or similar institutions.
