Project Lead Position Available! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is essential for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of impactful projects within the non-profit sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans and collaborate with stakeholders. - Lead and motivate a cross-functional team. - Communicate project status and manage stakeholder relationships. - Ensure quality control and effective resource management. - Solve problems and make informed decisions to keep projects on track. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience as a Project Lead in a non-profit organization. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Proficiency in Kannada and any other South Indian language; Hindi is a plus.
