Key Objectives of the Role: The Project Assistant at the Ek Tara Resource Centre (ERC) will play a critical role in shaping what children study, how they study, and how we measure learning outcomes. The individual will be responsible for curriculum development, content creation, resource development, training, and assessment frameworks to improve pedagogy and classroom practices.
