We at Thuvakkam are hiring Community Development professionals at Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu and Rangareddy and other Northern Telangana regions. * A bachelors or Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred. Resident to Ramanathapuram and other Southern Districts of Tamil Nadu will be Preferred. (For Ramanathapuram) * Resident to Sangareddy or Rangareddy and other Northern Districts of Telangana (For rangareddy) * A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Natural resource Management and Community development works for NGOs, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding Community Impacts. * In-depth knowledge of addressing Communities , Handling PRA Tools, Project Management skills on NRM and Livelihood Projects.? * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in report writing, proposal development. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysing the expenses made.?? * Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. * Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, partners, volunteers, and staff. * Passion for the mission and values of the organization, with a genuine commitment to social impact and making a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations. Responsibilities: * Develop and Execute Projects Focussing Natural resource management * Community Relationship and Management:?Addressing Community with Native Skills for better engagement on Natural resource Management and Livelihood Project Designs.? * Grant Writing and Proposal Development:??Assisting our Partnership team to design and develop Proposals by Providing evidence based Primary and secondary data.? * Team Management:?Encouraging work as a Team culture??for better Impacts Networking and Partnership Building:?Actively engage with stakeholders in the NGO sector, including government agencies, philanthropic organizations, and local communities. Identify potential collaboration opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative funding models. * Research and Prospect Identification:?Stay abreast of current trends, funding opportunities, and donor priorities within the NGO sector in India. Conduct comprehensive research to identify new potential funding sources, develop prospect profiles, and analyze the feasibility of partnerships. * Team Leadership and Collaboration:?Build, provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the fundraising team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
