Our program in Jharkhand is working at the intersection of community empowerment and child safety—and we are looking for passionate and motivated Program Associates to join us! ?? Why join us? ? Love to travel? – This role involves travel to train and support local women leaders. ?? Your Role as a Program Associate You will be the bridge between women’s groups, school systems, and local governance, helping communities take ownership of child protection. Your work will include: ?? Facilitating training sessions with women’s groups to enable child safety conversations. ?? Engaging with school authorities to institutionalize child safety systems. ?? Coaching community women to drive sustainable, community-led solutions. ?? Data-driven decision-making – training groups to identify trends and take action. ?? Collaborating with stakeholders to create a child-friendly ecosystem in schools and communities. ?? What We’re Looking For ? 3+ years of training experience. ? Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English. ? Strong communication & facilitation skills. ? Background in child protection/community work. ? Ability to travel extensively to field locations. ?Minimum 2 years of experience in child protection or community-based work.
