We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Development Manager to lead community engagement and development activities in an Integrated Mangrove Aquaculture Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with local communities, ensuring sustainable mangrove conservation and Silvofishery practices, and facilitating active participation in the project. This role requires someone who is passionate about environmental sustainability and community empowerment. What We’re Looking For: ?? At least 5-10 years experience in mobilizing, institution building and community engagement activities? ?? Good background in community engagement in rural areas of West Bengal. ?? Fluency in English and Bengali. ?? A degree in a relevant field.
