Nasscom Foundation is seeking applications for a short-term contractual assignment to conduct a Needs Assessment of (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups)?PVTG Communities across two Aspirational Blocks in India, under a program in collaboration with NITI Aayog. ? The selected consultancy/agency/consultant will be responsible for conducting a detailed assessment to evaluate PVTG community socio-economic conditions, identify technology and digital literacy gaps for marginalized groups particularly among women, persons with disabilities, and gender-diverse identities, assess cultural influences on government initiatives, and provide data-driven policy recommendations. ?
