We are hiring for : Role-Project Coordinator Location- Any Metro City in India Immediate Joining Preferred Role Objective-The Project Coordinator will work closely with Donor and Anudip’s project team, training partners, and local training providers to ensure smooth execution of the AI training programme. The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of tasks and supporting the overall coordination of the project’s activities. Responsibilities- Enroll local training providers and trainees into the CMIS, and plan and schedule the training batches effectively. Ensure trainers’ attendance aligns with the training schedule, addressing any discrepancies as needed. Coordinate and follow-up on project tasks, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation of actions and reports across all stakeholders. Support the trainers and training providers to ensure quality delivery of AI training, address challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training content and delivery. Maintain accurate records of all data related to the project, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback, and prepare regular project reports. Identify and raise flags for quick and efficient resolutions. Desired profile- Experience in training coordination 4- 5 years, particularly in a tech or AI-related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi and any other vernacular language will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team. Problem-solving and adaptability in managing project logistics. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with stakeholders. Field experience and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Please send cv at [email protected]
