If you're dedicated to making a difference, we invite you to join our team as a Biodiversity Conservation Manager (Mangrove) to lead conservation efforts in the Sundarbans! ???? ?? Qualifications & Experience: ? Master’s degree in Botany, Ecology, Forestry, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or related fields. ? 5-7 years of experience in biodiversity conservation, ecosystem restoration, or similar roles. ? Strong knowledge of mangrove species, ecology, and restoration strategies. ? Experience in GIS mapping, ecological monitoring, and community-based conservation. ? Willingness to work in remote field locations under challenging conditions. ?? Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead mangrove restoration projects & ecological monitoring. ?? Conduct biodiversity surveys, GIS mapping, and data analysis. ?? Engage with communities & stakeholders for conservation efforts. ?? Publish scientific papers & reports on ecosystem restoration. ?? Manage projects, document best practices & submit progress reports. ?? Salary: ?50,000 – ?55,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications). ?? Benefits: Provident Fund (after probation) & Medical Insurance (after 1 year). ?? Contract: 1 year, extendable based on performance. ??
