About the Role: As a Team Lead, you’ll drive participatory planning, capacity building, and policy advocacy while integrating gender-sensitive approaches into local governance. Leadership will empower communities and enhance water security in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. ?? Key Responsibilities: ? Strategic program design & implementation ? Community-led O&M models for sustainable water governance ? Capacity building & knowledge generation ? Stakeholder engagement & advocacy ? Resource mobilization & financial oversight ?? Who Should Apply? ?? Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Management, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Gender Studies, or related fields ?? 5-7 years of experience in WASH, governance, and gender-responsive planning ?? Strong government engagement & community development expertise ?? Proficiency in project management tools, research, and social media ?? Preference for professionals with experience in MP & CG ??
