Organization Profile: ?Gramshree Foundation Trust is registered under Trust act in 2018 and have been working in the Tribal belt of Rajasthan & Chhattisgarh with a vision of impacting the lives of Tribal Families through women, so that they can take control of their own lives. ?Gramshree Foundation Trust is looking for young and dynamic individual with experience in the range of 4-5 years of leading a team, who is passionate to work on innovation to bring changes in the lives of rural families, especially women and Tribal. Period: Appointment will be provided for 1-year period with Annual Assessment and Renewal on mutual agreement. ? Role Expected: 1.???????Managing the overall program implementation in Rajasthan which is based on livelihood, value chain and building community institution. 2.???????Responsible for timely reporting to the funding agencies and maintaining the proper MIS system at the field level. 3.???????Responsible for building the capacity of field team and ensuring the proper monitoring system. Develop the system for monitoring the intervention at farmer’s level. 4.???????Responsible for fund raising and supporting senior member of organization in developing the proposal. 5.???????She/he will be responsible for Liaoning with external agencies. ? Qualification and Essential Terms: 1.???????B.Sc Agriculture or MSc Agriculture or MBA in Agriculture or any other Post Graduate Professional degree from reputed Institute at National Level with 4-5 years of experience of working in Development sector, especially in livelihood and value chain with at least 2 years of handling a team of 10-15 professional staff. 2.???????Individual should be adoptive to work with Rural Families and stay in villages, block and District Head Quarters. 3.???????Frequent travel is required, to support other team within and outside state. 6.???????Individual should have its own two wheelers for movement in the field (Mandatory). 8.???????One-year appointment has clause that one-month salary is deducted in 5 equal monthly installments and kept as security. This amount is paid back after completion of one-year period in the organization. If the candidates leave before one year, security amount deducted is forfeited. ? ? Offer: Remuneration: Rs 35,000 to 45,000/- ? Other support: ·????????Petrol Cost for two wheelers as per organization norms. ·????????Mobile and internet usage expenses as per organization norms. ·????????Travel for company work will be covered by Trust as per organization norms. ?
