Financial Inclusion Specialist: Location: Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat Requirement: At least 7 years of experience in rural development, livelihood, SHG empowerment, or similar domains. Experience of working with MFIs, NBFCs will be preferred. Qualification: Master’s degree in Rural Development, Public Policy, Management, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences or a related field. Responsibilities: - Design and oversee the implementation of financial models for credit guarantee and work sheds component. - Engage and onboard financial institutions to provide customized financial products to SHGs. - Map the challenges faced by SHGs in accessing finance and improve financial literacy. - Build partnerships with banks, MFIs, and other financial service providers. - Carry out relevant research. 2. Capacity Development Specialist Location: Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat Requirement: At least 7 years of experience in rural development. Qualification: At least 7 years of experience in rural development. Qualification: Master’s degree in Rural Development, Social work, Public Policy, Management, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences or a related field. Responsibilities: - Map the requirement of Business services by SHG women. - Assess the training needs of the State, District and Block level functionaries to deliver the business services required by SHGs. - Map the services that may require external team to deliver. - Develop a capacity development/training roadmap for the District and Block level functionaries of the department.
