Compensation: ?16–18 LPA About the Role We’re looking for an experienced leader to harness data, AI, and open knowledge to strengthen climate resilience. You’ll work with governments, funders, researchers, and local communities to shape strategies, build partnerships, and drive participatory climate governance. Key Responsibilities ? Lead CDL’s Climate Action Initiative, identifying growth opportunities. ? Collaborate with governments, funders & researchers to implement impactful projects. ? Develop policy insights & data-driven strategies for climate adaptation & mitigation. ? Secure funding through grants, partnerships & proposals to scale CDL’s work. ? Engage in fieldwork & stakeholder consultations across India & Asia. What We’re Looking For ?? 8+ years of experience in climate action, environmental data, or sustainability. ?? Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams & drive large-scale programs. ?? Experience engaging with government agencies, funders & research organizations. ?? Strong skills in fundraising, policy advocacy, and data-driven decision-making. ?? Comfortable with extensive travel & on-ground engagement. Why Work With Us? ??
