Jeff Frick the rub of course is that for many orgs there is a large delta between where they are and a proven principled system. There's never much disagreement on the principles--people generally want to work on a high-performing team. But it takes exceptional leadership to lead behavior change across to the other side.

I agree, Jeff Frick, high functioning teams operate from a core set of known and agreed upon principles. Yes, "getting from idea to done", much faster. This also links ROI to high performing teams in a direct relationship that is not often seen.
