I?am incredibly proud to announce that Workplace Options is launching a comprehensive and compassionate Return-to-Work Program for cancer survivors. With 50% of employees fearing to disclose their cancer diagnosis to their employers, it is crucial for organizations to support their staff and facilitate their return to work. Cancer can have a profound impact on people's lives. Despite being one of the most common diseases globally, coping with a cancer diagnosis remains challenging from emotional, practical, and physical perspectives. Patients need substantial support to manage their treatment and prepare for a return to active life, both at home and at work. Organizations can play a pivotal role in creating a supportive environment for those affected by cancer. By implementing initiatives that reduce insecurity and foster a culture of openness, we can ensure that individuals feel comfortable disclosing their diagnosis and receive the support they need.
